Your data

This English version is provided for convenience. The French version is the one that applies.

In short: we only keep what we need to call you back about your table. No advertising cookies, no analytics, no selling of data.

What we collect

When you request a booking: your name, your phone number, your email if you give it, your message, the date, the time and the number of guests. To block abuse, we also keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address itself. The language of the page (French, English or Japanese) is passed on to the restaurant so they call you back in the right language; it is not stored.

Please don't write detailed health information in the message. For an allergy, “shellfish allergy” is enough, we will call you.

Why

Only to handle your request and call you back to confirm it (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract). Nothing else: no newsletter, no marketing.

How long

Retention period: to be completed.

Who can see it

  • The restaurant, through a password-protected staff area.
  • Supabase, which hosts the database in the Paris region (European Union).
  • Resend, which sends the restaurant the email about your request (a US company: this data therefore leaves the European Union).
  • Vercel Inc., which hosts the site and keeps technical connection logs.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies for visitors. Only the restaurant's staff area uses a session cookie, which is needed to log in. So there is no consent banner: there is nothing to accept.

The “Order” and “TheFork” buttons take you to Deliveroo or TheFork, which have their own rules.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use: write to to be completed. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
